  2. From there, I’ll spend time personally tailoring a meal plan just for you that is made to improve the quality and variety of your meals, without feeling overwhelmed
  3. The next step is our initial 1.5 hour Power session where I take you through my unique approach to helping you get sorted in your family kitchen including my notes and practical recommendations.
  4. Afterwards we’ll work together over 5 more sessions to refine your plan, boost your confidence and give you the clarity needed to move forward with ease.

We’ll first meet for our initial 1.5 hour Power session – this is where we’ll dive deep on your goals and personal needs and requirements.

After this session, you’ll receive 5 x 1 hour sessions to help refine your plan, provide support, encouragement and additional recommendations.

In these sessions I’ll share my powerful strategies and secrets with you and we’ll cover an array of holistic topics, to truly transform your world.
